Scott A. Bogue - CEO and Founding Member
Scott Bogue brings more than a decade of real estate investment experience, along with a 27-year U.S. Army career that shaped his approach to leadership, accountability, and service.
His real estate work has focused on acquisition, rehab strategy, investor coordination, and building a network of contractors, lenders, and local professionals across the greater San Antonio area.
Scott is also committed to housing that serves real community needs, including safe and affordable homes for disabled veterans and individuals who need stable, practical living environments.
Tania Margarita Martinez Cantu-Bogue - Managing Partner
Tania helps guide BMI's operating decisions, partner communication, and long-term business direction. Her role centers on keeping the company grounded: clear expectations, responsible commitments, and relationships built on trust.
Israel G. Campa Zepeda - Managing Partner
Israel brings more than 12 years of accounting-sector experience and a practical eye for numbers, documentation, and accountability.
His professional background strengthens BMI's focus on disciplined project economics, clear records, and responsible decision-making. Outside of accounting, Israel is an experienced woodworker, giving him a hands-on appreciation for craftsmanship, detail, and the realities of construction work.
